Weekdays are not necessarily the best days for shopping centers, which is understandable. How do you fix that and get people’s attention so that they begin to visit during the week without opening a new store?
As the saying goes: “When one door closes, another one opens.” So we did just that by creating an interactive installation that was a simple, genuine way to involve people and give them a fun reason to visit.
The yellow door caught the attention of people, and the auto-generated rewards got them hooked up. It became a real carousel where they were going round and round to win a prize. Many did, and those who didn’t at least enjoyed the process and visited the Mall.
