KBC Global Services is the engine behind KBC Group – a leading bank-insurance group with over 40 000 employees serving more than 12 million clients across Europe.
The Bulgarian branch of the company was established in 2019 to provide back-office support to the bank and insurance entities within KBC Group in Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance, Daily Banking, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence Centre, Credits and Financing and other business domains.
In the end of 2022 we were tasked to help the Bulgarian branch find its employer brand and voice. After months of deep collaboration with the C suite, interviews with more than 30 employees we found what sets KBC Global Services apart from its competitors – no matter what, the company always stands by its people. Hence the slogan we proposed and the client loved – Work that works for you.
In 2025 we were briefed to refresh the original campaign that was running for more than 2 years. We had to find new way to show that KBC reflects a work ethic rooted in empathy, integrity, and growth. They put individuals at the center of everything they do, creating an environment where talent thrives, learning is constant, and balance is respected. That they work with heart, with intention, and with a belief that success means lifting each other up along the way.
